Payment

𓁺 ALL payment is up front, no work will be started until the 100% payment is done. In large bills can be split in 2 or 3 payments (this is accorded beforehand).𓁺 Refunds apply ONLY if the commission was unable to be done or is at sketching stage. After that refunds are declined, including:
- You regret the commission after is done, no matter how much time it has passed.
- You feel my future style is better and want the piece re done.
- You miscalculated the fees.
- Any other weird reason people try this days.𓁺 Service will be redeemed as finished in this case and will have no obligation of finishing the piece is a refund is issued (only for the pointed reasons).𓁺 Refunded pieces are relinquished by the client.
𓁺 Prices are set in USD for international clients or MXP for locals.
𓁺 Prices displayed are bases and don't include taxes, any extra fee is charged at the artist’s discretion, which include:
- Character difficulty
- Add ons
- Ambient BGs
- More than 2 changes
- Private commission
- ETC.𓁺 Invoice payment only [Via Paypal] for International clients.𓁺 For local clients is via bank transference.𓁺 Chargebacks without any approval or prior consultation will be redeemed as scamming attempts and you will get banned. In this case I reserve my right to reuse the commission piece as I see fit.

Commissions

𓁺 They are first come, first served.𓁺 I reserve my right to refuse any commission for any reason I see fit, don’t take it personal please.𓁺 Please remember to have visual references on hand, soley text descriptions won’t be accepted, (high resolution please)𓁺 After the commission has been paid and the dead line window are:
- 1-2 weeks for Chibi or Portrait
- 2-3 weeks for Standard
- 3-4+ weeks for Full Renders𓁺 Changes are free for the first 2 times, after that additional charges will be added.𓁺The sketch will be held for the client’s approval, so keep an eye on your messages / email.𓁺 If there is a waitlist, you will be notified about it and will be notified when your turn has started.Commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY. Therefore NONE of the following are allowed / STRICTLY FORBIDDEN when hiring me
- Commercial use [Vtuber models / Making merch out of it and selling the merch (posters, clothing, charms, artbooks, stickers, etc)
- Prominent part of branding (i.e. on monetized platforms like Twitch / Youtube; emotes, stream layouts, and banners, icons, streaming visuals)
- Tracing / Recoloring / Editing
- Base use / YCH use / Reselling

- Post them on your personal social media (Credits always please)
- Print them for personal use
- Use as PFP or Banners for personal pages that are not monetized (see above)𓁺 I reserve the right to post the unfinished / finished products on my social media to act as WIPS and portafolio, unless private.𓁺 Private commissions have an extra fee𓁺Please always keep an eye on your mail / messages for updates and other messages.IF YOU VIOLATE ANY OF THIS TERMS, YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED AND BLACKLISTED. I WILL ALSO POST PUBLIC EVIDENCE OF THE MISDEMEANOR SO OTHER ARTISTS BE WARNED.

𓁺 No minor characters or characters with minor like bodies, no, even if they are 30000 years old.𓁺 Some specific fetishes, this include (but are not limited to):

𓁺 Conditions are accepted automatically when contracting a commission, regardless if you read them or not.𓁺 Commissions are DIGITAL only, therefore no physical item will be sent or mailed.
𓁺 Prices do not include taxes.
𓁺 Clients get full resolution images. WITH my logo and signature.𓁺 If you wish a commission for someone’s OC, please get proof of explicit consent of the author, otherway it will be declined.𓁺 Real people includes only public figures, I refuse to draw someone random without their explicit consent and proof of consent.𓁺 Rules are bound to change without previous warning.𓁺 Any violation of the ToS / Rules will lead to a ban in future hiring attempts .
